How to post content without issues.

When creating a post, it is important to pay attention to characteristics of uploaded files: size, resolution and duration.

Resolution

Maximum resolution supported by XSite Bunny is 720p for video files and 50 Megapixels for photos. Any video of higher resolution will be processed and compressed and its publishing will take longer.

Any photo of higher resolution will not be uploaded.

Duration

The longer the video, the longer it will take to have it processed. Generally, processing of videos takes about half the time of the video duration. Thus, if your video is 30 minutes long, its processing will take no less than 15 minutes.

Posting process explained

When uploading files, it is important for you the creator to wait till the time when the file is uploaded, i.e. the gray progress bar is full and a thumbnail (image icon) is generated
